Step 1: Request a Virtual Skills Testing Date To start, email us at admin@FLtraining.com to request a Virtual Skills Testing Date. We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time.
Step 2: Review the CPR, AED, and First Aid eBook Participants will receive a comprehensive eBook, covering all critical topics. This guide prepares learners for the Online Competency Test and the Virtual Skills Testing session.
Step 3: Purchase Required CPR Equipment To complete the training, participants need access to CPR equipment, including a manikin and AED trainer with feedback devices. Visit our Virtual CPR Equipment List to view and purchase the necessary kit.
Step 4: Complete the Online Competency Test After reviewing the eBook and obtaining the required equipment, participants can take the Online Competency Test. A passing score qualifies them for the Virtual Skills Testing session.
What’s Needed for the Virtual Skills Session?
To participate in the virtual skills session, each participant should have the following:
Smartphone or Computer with Webcam: This ensures your instructor can observe and guide you during skills testing.
Adequate Lighting: Proper lighting is essential for clear visibility of the skills performed.
Wi-Fi Connection: A stable internet connection is necessary for uninterrupted virtual sessions.

Please note: The virtual skills testing session does not fulfill American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification requirements. The Instructor Manual is required and is an additional fee. An affiliation fee of $50 is also due annually to cover the administrative fees associated with training and developing CPR Instructors.
