Choose the correct course
CPR is the lifesaving skill. Heartsaver and BLS are two different AHA course pathways that teach CPR for different audiences and job requirements.
Still unsure? Ask your employer, school or licensing agency for the exact course name. A CPR card and a BLS Provider card are not automatically interchangeable.

AHA Heartsaver course completion cards are valid for two years. Your employer or licensing agency may set additional renewal requirements.
