Failed the NCLEX? You’re Not Alone — We Help Re-testers Pass!

According to the Florida Center for Nursing, Florida continues to struggle with NCLEX pass rates, ranking 52 out of 55 for RN and 52 out of 54 for PN pass rates nationwide in 2024. Despite having the highest number of RN test-takers in the country, Florida’s first-time NCLEX-RN pass rate was 84.9%, and PN pass rate was 80.78%—both well below the national averages of 91.16% and 88.38%, respectively.

Florida produced over 19,600 test-takers from more than 374 programs (some now closed), and contributed the majority of special program code test-takers, who passed at just 35.06%. Although the performance gap compared to the national average has narrowed since 2020, Florida’s low ranking highlights the ongoing need for strong remediation and prep programs.

📊 The Reality of NCLEX Failures in Florida

Whether you’re a first-generation nursing student, an international graduate, or someone returning to school after years away, you’re likely facing:

  • Poor preparation in test-taking strategies
  • Lack of support after graduation
  • Limited access to live clinical skills reviews
  • Overwhelm from trying to “study everything”

These are just a few of the real reasons why brilliant future nurses are failing the NCLEX.
